of law and its clients range from Contractors, Consultants and
Developers to Financiers. The Firm represents several multinational
civil and building engineering companies in Ghana.
Our practice includes conducting pre-property acquisition
searches, title investigation, negotiations, drafting and
review of all forms of construction contracts.
The Firm also provides legal input into project management,
and is also involved in construction dispute resolution, be
it arbitration, conciliation or mediation and also represents
its clients in construction litigation.
It has in its experience, advised ABU, a German Civil Engineering
company, in the dispute it had with the Ghana Highway Authority
over part of its road construction work. The Firm was a member
of the Conciliation Committee set up to resolve the dispute.
